Monday to Saturday 8am - 6pm

Sunday 10am - 5pm

Bank Holiday opening hours may vary, some dates follow Sunday trading hours 10am to 5pm.

WIFI

Free WiFi is now available throughout the Oak Mall Shopping Centre. Terms and Conditions apply, signal strength within the Mall may vary and service cannot be guaranteed.

Car Parking

Oak Mall has 2 car parks; Hunters Place and King Street offering 90 car-parking spaces. *All car parks and spaces are £1 per hour for a maximum of 4 hours, thereafter a fine will be imposed by the parking company controlling the car parks.

Accessibility and Shop Mobility

Oak Mall is mainly set out on one level, making it easily accessible for disabled visitors. There are 4 spaces for disabled shoppers in the Hunters Place car park (standard parking charges are applicable) and a Shopmobility unit within the Centre, in Upper Clyde Square, which offers powered and manual wheelchairs (call 01475 728628 for more information).

Toilets

There are 2 disabled toilets located within the shopping centre, each toilet require a radar key to access. Radar keys can purchased from for Shop Mobility 10 Clyde Square Greenock, PA15 1NB, Greenock.

Town Centre public toilets are located in Hunters Place, adjacent to the Oak Mall car park. .

Security

For your safety and security, Oak Mall is covered by a network of CCTV cameras. The mall is patrolled by fully trained security officers and first aid care is available if required.

Payphones

We have one accessible payphone for customer use located adjacent to The Works.
